Those Watch Guys Policy

Guarantee

We certify that our watches are authentic and guaranteed to be as described to the best of our knowledge. Every vintage timepiece is shipped with a Those Watch Guys Warranty Card with details to your specific watch. Modern timepieces are not always included in this as they are still under company warranty. Each timepiece is guaranteed to be running in good working order. Customer service is very important to us, so please make sure to communicate with us about any issue you may be having and we will try to work together to make it right.

    Warranty

    Each vintage watch is guaranteed by a 1-year repair warranty, modern watches 2-years if the watch is not working as it was described. We time and closely determine the condition of each watch, though due to the nature of watches, we expect the owner’s reasonable treatment of the timepiece. Every watch is working well before shipment, but DO NOT submerge in water unless stated that doing so is okay. If a return is wanted by the customer make sure to email us at info@thosewatchguys.com and we will go step by step through the process. 

    For Accessories, the buyer has one day to inspect and determine their purchase. The items cannot be worn or used if they are to be returned. Return shipping is on the buyer.

    Try on Period

    All watches sold at Those Watch Guys come with a 3-day try-on period that starts the time the package is delivered, if the watch doesn’t meet your expectations, ship it back, no questions asked. Return shipping is on the buyer. We find this to be very important in today’s vintage watch market so the buyer can be confident with the timepiece. Use this period to wear and inspect in person.

    The watch must return in the original condition as it was shipped or a full refund may not be guaranteed. The standard refund time is 12-14 business days. Watch Accessories may be returned as well but cannot have been worn, unwrapped, or bent. A $10 restocking fee will be charged to cover shipping/ processing. Return shipping is on the buyer.

            International Shipping via Parcel Pro

            We ship worldwide! Please note that watch shipments may be subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country; any importation fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All payments must clear and must be approved by a fraud detection system before they can be shipped; this process can take up to three business days. Orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day following approval of the fraud detection system and payment clearance. We strongly recommend that any purchase over $1000 USD be shipped via FedEx or UPS. All international shipments are fully insured via Parcel Pro.

            Domestic Shipping

            All orders must be approved by the fraud detection system before shipment. All orders are guaranteed to ship within one business day of being approved. A few shipping options are available for the customer to choose from at different price points. For watches over $1000 USD, we strongly recommend choosing FedEx or UPS.
