1940s Breitling Chronograph ref. 760 'Pre-Premier'
What We Fancy
As classic as a chronograph comes. Easily legible, simple layout, buttery smooth column wheel chrono action, blued steel handset. This “solo dial” or “Pre-Premier” example only has the Breitling font on the dial, uncommon to say the least.

Condition: In overall excellent all original condition. The dial has a unique and even form of patina throughout. Gives the watch a lot of character. There is some wear around the outside, something very normal for a watch such as this. The case is excellent with the original brushed finish still present on the sides and no major dents/ scratches. No signs of any overpolishing. The movement has been serviced keeping accurate time when tested while the chronograph works as it should. The movement may look “dirty” from the photos but it is very clean and works perfectly well. Many movements with snap-on case back’s from this era show oxidization but it is safe and normal.
